Piper Wolfe, LPC (she/her)

Piper uses a holistic approach to therapy tailoring sessions to her clients’ specific needs. She provides an open and non-judgmental space for her clients to navigate the complex and challenging parts of life. Her work often focuses on issues including anxiety management, life transitions, increasing self-esteem, maximizing potential, career goals, and relationship issues. Piper has specialized training in emotionally-focused therapy (EFT), a model based in attachment theory and our biological human need for connection. She also draws from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), internal family systems (IFS), narrative and feminist therapy. She practices non-religious-based therapy and welcomes people of all races, ethnicities, genders, spiritualities, and sexual orientations.

$150 / 55-minute individual session, $175 / 55-minute couples session
*Piper does not take insurance but can provide a superbill to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement

More about Piper

A Tulsa-native, Piper graduated summa cum laude from the University of Kansas in 2010 with a dual bachelor’s degree in Anthropology and French. She also holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree from the University of Oklahoma, and received her Master’s of Science in Counseling from Oklahoma State University. Piper previously worked in community mental health where her work focused on LGBTQ+ individuals, substance use, and trauma. Piper maintains her clinical license (#10241) from the Oklahoma State Board of Behavioral Health. 

An avid practitioner of yoga for over 20 years, Piper received her yoga teaching certification in 2013 from the Niroga Institute in Berkeley, California, which focused on social justice and trauma-informed practices. After moving back to Tulsa in 2014, she established a prison yoga volunteer program at two Oklahoma correctional centers where she taught weekly classes. You can now find her teaching yoga at several studios around town.  

In her free time, Piper loves spending time outdoors hiking, gardening, walking her dog June, or playing tennis. She is dedicated to practicing what she preaches, and puts immense value on taking care of her own physical, mental and emotional health.
